Oven Roasted S’mores
It is officially summer (according to the moon calendar) and what better way to start it off right than with the perfect summer treat! Crunchy graham crackers, melted marshmallows, and rich semi-sweet chocolate make up these all-American confections.
Perfect to serve around the campfire or roasted in the oven, these treats are probably one of the best and easiest desserts for any occasion that are a for sure crowd pleaser. They are totally worth the mess for the taste alone. So get the fires started or the ovens roasting and whip up some of these delicious s’mores.
Ingredients: Yields 6 S’mores
- 6 Graham Crackers, halved
- 6 Large Marshmallows
- 1 large Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar broken into 6 evenly sized pieces
Directions:
- On a baking tray assemble your s’more ingredients by placing a graham cracker half on the tray, layer the chocolate and then top with a marshmallow. Place in a 450-degree oven until marshmallows toast a warm brown. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers. Serve!
